Just call Ticketmaster and tell them your situation and they will send the tickets to you. I have already received two sets of tickets....two for Tampa and two for Dallas. There is no extra charge. Call them at 1-800-745-3000 and have your info ready.

Help! Live in Los Angeles. Bought 4 seats for Red Rocks as wedding present for Denver niece. Ticketmaster now says Will Call only to buyer with Drivers License and the actual credit card! Suggestions? Am I suppose to fly to Denver just to give her her tickets. Already have tickets to Hollywood Bowl so going to Red Rocks is not an option.

If I can figure out how to get tickets I will be riding my bike out from Chicago. What better reason for a ride than a concert at Red Rock. Never been so it is a bucket list thing.

My husband and I met at the June 9, 1980 concert at Red Rocks when we were teenagers! Can't wait to see Tom Petty again with my hubby.

I was SO upset when the tour schedule came out and there was no Colorado date. I couldn't understand why the band would NOT do Red Rocks this time around. But you all could imagine my elation when I woke up yesterday morning to discover this show. I will be front and center!!! ~Most things I worry about, never happen anyway...

We saw the Foo Fighters there in 2008. What a great sound off of the rock walls. Everyone we met in Colorado was SUPER nice. Genuine, helpful and nonjudgmental. It's the perfect venue to see a hard working and talented band like the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Meanwhile, those of us who got rescheduled get kicked back even one more time. I don't understand how they can cancel all those shows because of a late cd and then schedule new shows b/4 the cd comes out. How bad do they want to rub it in? I wonder if this comment will make it to the boards because my last 5 haven't. Are you really going to keep letting your fans down, Tom? We have been begging you for an explanation and apology for a week. You know, if you had added the words deeply and/or sincerely to your little "regret" statement, you could have at least avoided putting so much salt in our wound. You keep this up and I wouldn't be surprised if people show up just to boo!! What the Hell's really goin' on!?! I've never been so slighted in my life and for it to be coming from my hero just blows me away.

It's like fate. My sister and I so want to see Tom together and was hoping he would post a date in Colorado while I was there visiting. He will be the day I get in. We are soooooooo there!!

All right Red Rocks! Please reschedule the San Diego show and pull it up one week so we can see you when we are there.

I was so bummed when at first Colorado wasn't even on the map! I almost gave up hope. But THEN, I see the light!! I can hardly wait! I was there right with you guys on June 9th, 1980! My first concert ever! You guys have definitely made alot of people happy and stoked!! See ya in June!!!
